Emma, owner and practitioner will handle your treatment from pre-treatment consultation to post-treatment care. I have been in the beauty industry for 14 years, I am fully qualified to L4 in Aesthetic Practice. I am a proud member of the Complication Consultant Team, providing medical clinic oversight.

How long will my results last, and what is the maintenance?

This will vary from the concern or area you are targeting and the treatment you choose. For example - Micro Needling for general skin health and collagen product is recommended every 6-8 weeks. The details specific to your skin needs will be discussed in full at your pre-treatment consultation.

Are there any risks or side effects associated with the treatments?

It’s completely normal to have questions about safety—your well-being is our top priority! Like most aesthetic procedures, there can be some temporary side effects. We are committed to being upfront and honest with you so that you can feel confident and fully informed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

*No-Shows*: Full payment is required for any missed appointments without prior notice.

*Cancellations/Reschedules*: -

  1. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. - Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in full payment being required.
